1-D Group Work 2

Direction: Choose your own leader and talk about each of the following topics, using appropriate expressions for requesting, agreeing, and refusing by group. Then, write dialogue of two or more people in given topic on a sheet of one whole pad paper.

a.   Your group is assigned to give a report, but you have no time to read a whole book on the topic assigned to you. Divide the work among yourselves.
b.  You are assigned to explore some library materials on modern Filipino writers in English. Imagine that you are in the library seeking the help of the librarian.
c.   Pretend that you are listening to a lecture on the use of the dictionary. Request the lecturer to demonstrate ways of using the dictionary effectively.
d.  Educators from Japan are visiting your school. Your group has been assigned to fix your homeroom library. A lot of things need to be done. Plan what you have to do before the guests arrive.
